The Garrison Artillery Volunteers will be appearing at the We Have Ways Festival on September 17th. Tickets are available via the link below.

The group has had the opportunity over the years, to take part in many prestigious events; from firing for the Royal Wedding the RA300 commemorations and Anniversary of the end of WW2. On this occasion, the group were the only group of it type to display in St James Park living museum, with not only one but two displays. Although the group has done many such large events, it also likes to carry out smaller, single gun events for museums, schools and even village fêtes, which it does all over the UK.

About this event

On the same date Monty launched the assault on Arnhem, Al and James will turn Buckinghamshire farm land into We Have Ways Fest HQ. There’ll be enough Second World War hardware to refight the Battle of Monte Cassino.

Plus a brilliant line-up of our friends from the pod and more – all top experts and historians who will talk us through the toughest terrain.

We’ll be holding panel discussions on a broad array of subjects from the serious to the sublime, there will be keynote talks from leading historians, and break-out up-close-and-personal chats and debates.

Plus with all that hardware on show, we’ll be firing big guns and scaring the living daylights out of the locals.

On Saturday evening will be a live show from the Guv'nor himself - Al Murray as the Pub Landlord. Free to everyone at the event.

We Have Ways Fest takes place from Friday September 17th till Sunday September 19th at Blackpit Brewery, near Silverstone race course.

This festival is exclusively for members of the Independent Company and their friends and family.

We have nothing to offer but blood, toil, tears and sweat. Plus beer and ice cream. See you there!
